We realize there all kinds of questions and rumors being spread about the business and we would like to tell you what is really going on. Our building is for sale because the entire area is slated for condo development, and it will eventually be sold for that purpose. In the meantime however, we are downsizing to a section of the building instead of using the entire square footage that we have now. Times change, and with gas prices and a chain store on every corner, we feel we can be as productive in an 8000 square foot space. We will also have all our products on our website in the future. We will lease out the other 8000 square foot section, hopefully to a pet related business such as a groomer that would enable us to be a one stop pet supply location instead of just aquarium related products. If we don’t find someone to lease the front section, we may in the future do full line ourselves. Because of the downsizing we have many used aquariums, stands, heaters, gravel, commercial galvanized stands, shelving, etc, that we will be selling at reasonable prices. Stop in and pick yours out while we still have a good supply and help us make this a smooth transition. We will worry about where we are going to be in the future if, and when, the building sells. We appreciate your past business, and look forward to seeing you in the future.
